Our mission
The mission of OckhamHealth Strategists is to support our clients’ strategic and regulatory efforts and empower our partners to create a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of our communities, particularly those who are considered medically underserved. Our staff calls upon extensive expertise and experience in the study of healthcare access and delivery, participatory research, and stakeholder engagement to deliver comprehensive Health Equity Impact Assessments (HEIA), required by New York State law, and project-specific health reports.


Our qualifications
Throughout our decades of work in the greater New York area, we have connected with community members to objectively assess community health issues, concerns, and social needs for hospitals, county health departments, and dozens of health and social support organizations. Our findings have informed regional strategic planning, program development, and resource allocation.
