Janine Logan

Janine Logan has several decades’ experience in working with hospitals, health departments, and various community health organizations assisting with health advancement strategies. These include Community Health Needs Assessments, Community Service Plans and Health Improvement Plans, strategic market analysis and communications plans, and grant preparation and writing. She is proficient in primary and secondary research methods and project management. Her knowledge of public health and health operations provides clients with accurate and thorough reports. Most especially, she wraps data points with a compelling narrative, producing reports that speak to all levels of decision makers in an organization.

She is an adjunct assistant professor of community health and participates in several regional and statewide task forces. She earned her MS in Health Communications from Boston University.

Hannah Moore

Hannah Moore is a public health professional specializing in community health strategies. In her role, Hannah executes community-based research to better understand regional health disparities and identify the impact of service delivery on the health and wellness of community members. Hannah employs these findings to provide informed consulting services for local healthcare entities. Her role includes coordinating Community Health Needs Assessments for local hospitals and health departments and completing Health Equity Impact Assessments for Article 28 facilities across New York State.

Prior to her work with OckhamHealth, Hannah served as the leader of a local coalition dedicated to the prevention of substance misuse. Hannah’s work to empower and amplify the voices of this Long Island town continues to guide her work in community health strategies.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience from Binghamton University and a Masters in Public Health from University College Dublin in Ireland where she completed a dissertation studying the joint impact of visual acuity and mental health on cognition in older adults.

Brooke Oliveri

Brooke Oliveri is a communications professional specializing in health communication strategies and their role in achieving public health. She started gaining community health experience in a hospital setting where she also learned about the facilities’ role in creating an equitable healthcare landscape for all. Throughout her career, Brooke has cultivated a diverse skillset beyond healthcare communications that encompasses population health, community engagement, coalition management, advocacy, graphic design, marketing, fundraising, and more.

Brooke has been part of OckhamHealth Strategist’s work since its inception. In her current consulting role at OckhamHealth, Brooke lends her communications and digital marketing expertise to innovative survey distribution tactics and meaningful engagement strategy.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications with a Minor in English Language from the University of Delaware. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.
